Half Moon Bay Brewing Company announces Mavericks House, the premier waterfront venue located in Pillar Point Harbor.  Formerly Mavericks Event Center, the new Mavericks House invokes the spirit of the original use as a boathouse and creates “a place to belong” atmosphere. 

It’s Fall, one of our favorite times of year here at Mavericks House. The next few months are full of fun events and beer releases in Half Moon Bay and at our parent company, Half Moon Bay Brewing Company. They have their yearly fall beer, Pumpkin Harvest Ale, out now and events like Coastside BrewFest, Harvest Pumpkin Dinner, Día de los Muertos, and Pumpkin Festival!

Beginning in January through the end of March, thousands of gray whales travel over 5,000 miles along the California coast from their summer feeding grounds in Alaska down to Baja California in Mexico. During the summer, they live in the Arctic, rich with bottom-dwelling organisms.
